The instruments do not send us your playing, MIDI, audio or Logic projects. Feedback is sent only when you submit this website’s form.

What you send

The form stores your chosen instrument, feedback type, versions, controller description, report text, submission time and report reference. An email address is optional and is used only to follow up on that report with your consent.

Who receives it

Pep Instruments, a brand of Criminal Org Pty Ltd, uses the reports to investigate bugs, answer support requests and improve the instruments. Reports are stored through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting services, which may process data outside Australia. Hosting providers may keep routine network and security logs. Reports are not displayed publicly. We do not add report emails to a mailing list.

Keep personal details out

Please do not include passwords, payment details, licence keys, private project files or information about other people. This form accepts text, with no file uploads. You can report anonymously by leaving email blank.

Corrections and removal

Use the feedback form, choose “Support / privacy”, and include your report reference to request access, correction or removal. If you want a reply, include an email and permit contact about the request. Identity may need to be checked before sharing private information.

Updated 2 November 2026. This notice covers the website and instruments. Any future checkout will show its own payment provider and data handling details before payment.
